Access Bars er 32 forskellige energipunkter som løber igennem og rundt om hovedet. En bar er en energibane mellem to punkter som er forbundet med nogle centre i vores hjerne, som gemmer på forskellige område af livet. Hver BARS relaterer sig til områder af dit liv.

What is Access Bars?

Access Bars is a gentle hands-on technique that clears mental, emotional, and energetic clutter from your mind and body. It involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head, known as “Bars,” which correspond to different areas of life such as healing, joy, money, creativity, control, and more.

By gently activating these points, Access Bars helps you release stored beliefs, limitations, and judgments—many of which you may not even be aware of—creating more space for peace, clarity, and new possibilities.

What Does an Access Bars Session Feel Like?

During a session, you lie down comfortably while I gently touch the Bars on your head in a sequence. You may feel a sense of deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or even fall asleep. Some people laugh or cry as energy shifts, and others simply feel peaceful and still.

There's no “right” way to experience Access Bars—it works whether you feel a lot or very little. The change often becomes noticeable in the hours or days after the session.

What to Expect During a Session

An Access Bars session typically lasts between 60–75 minutes. You remain fully clothed, resting in a peaceful, safe space. There's no need to talk unless you want to. The session is about receiving and allowing your body and energy to reset.

Afterwards, many clients feel more space in their mind, more ease in their body, and a refreshed sense of being.
