It is a holistic approach that examines the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and mental patterns. META-Health integrates knowledge from various disciplines, including psychology, biology, and quantum physics, to understand how our thoughts and emotions affect our physical health.

Reiki

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

TFT & EFT

TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) are tapping-based methods that stimulate energy meridian points to release emotional distress—TFT uses problem-specific tapping sequences, while EFT applies a simpler universal sequence with affirmations.

Access Bars

Access Bars is a gentle hands-on technique where light touch on 32 points on the head helps release limiting thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, promoting relaxation, clarity, and greater well-being.

I am a quantum healer and intuitive guide dedicated to helping others restore balance and harmony in their lives. My healing journey began in 2005 with a profound spiritual awakening and Reiki attunement, which opened me to powerful streams of divine energy. Since then, I’ve trained in TFT/EFT, Access Bars, Meta Health, and Metatronic Quantum Healing. Through these modalities, I help clients release energetic blockages, uncover root causes of imbalance, and realign with their highest timeline for healing and transformation.
